AWCMS was built to give government entities and enterprises full control of their assets, warehouses and employee custody from a single platform. It covers the complete asset lifecycle: registration and barcode/QR tagging, handover between employees and departments, maintenance, depreciation and disposal. On the warehouse side, the system manages receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments and opening balances, with moving-average costing and an immutable stock ledger. It supports periodic stocktakes, initial inventory censuses and employee custody counts, with a discrepancy register and reconciliation workflow. The system follows an offline-first principle: it relies on no external service, font or CDN and is installed on the organization's own servers. It provides fine-grained role- and department-based permissions, separation of duties in approval workflows, a full audit log, encrypted backups with automated restore testing, and a built-in Help Center with illustrated guides and Arabic-aware search.
